Statistics is an ancient Science attributed to previous time,where he was treatedas asystem for counting and numbering for numbering for all the activities of the state and different action,As it is written in the Hammurabi obelisk and the effects of Babylonian ,Assyrian,Greek civilization and the Nile Valley, Manifestations of buying and Selling, calculating soldiers and other……….., They are all manifestations of Statistical Operations.
