The impact of strategic planning in achieving the effectiveness of human resources sustainability: An prospective study of some private banks

Abstract

The research paper confirms the influence of the strategic planning on the efficiency in achieving the sustainability of the humanity resources in the private banking sector … an exploratory study. The theoretical problem is basically resulted from the shortage of the studies and researches concerning the two variables while the pragmatic problem has been created from the realty of challenges that faces the Iraqi organizations which is always required to be under the scrutiny of the strategic planning and also it is an important factor in succeeding the organizations and achieving the sustainability of the humanity resources. The paper also aims at diagnosing the relationship between the strategic planning and the efficiency of achieving the sustainability of the humanity resources. The paper deals with two fundamental hypotheses in which each one of them has divided into three secondary branches while the paper sample comprises 38 individuals of directors and the heads of departments in the private banks in addition to the gathering of data and information across polling that consists of 24 questions as the data have been processed statistically by basing on several statistical means such as (repeated distribution, Spearman’s correlation coefficient ranks, specification coefficient, and the choice of T or F) by using the statistical program (SPSS). The paper has reached several results whose most prominent one is the existence of a direct relationship between the strategic planning and the efficiency of achieving the sustainability of the humanity resources. The paper is ended with some recommendations represented by the necessity of care and concern of the private banks to the long term planning process (strategic) for its importance in testing and diagnosing all the external and internal variables of the organization to enable it to make balance and to adapt itself to the environment so that it can correctly invest its humanity resources.
