Bushra Abdul Latif obtained a bachelor’s degree in Law from University of Baghdad in 1990 , After that she pursued further education earning earning master’s degree in Public International Law in 2011 from University of Jerash / Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Currently , she is a lecturer in Law Department at Al-Rafidain University College.
