Dr. Sabah Al-Nuaimi obtained a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Baghdad in 1979 , After that he pursued further education earning master’s degree in Cost Accounting in 1983 and a doctorate in Cost and Managerial Accounting in 2007 from UOB.

Academic and Professional Experience :

– Rapporteur of accounting department at Anbar technical institute 1985 – 1989.

– Head of accounting department at Anbar technical institute 1989 – 1991.

– Assistant Dean for administrative & Financial Affairs at Management technical college 2009 – 2010.

– Head of the Accounting and Financial Technical Department at Management technical college 2011 – 2012.
