Dr. Thamer obtained a bachelor’s degree in law from Al-Yarmok University College in 2001 , After that he pursued further education earning master’s degree in Public Law from Ain Shams University in 2013 and a doctorate in Public Law from Ain Shams University in 2016.

Academic and Professional Experience :

– Lecturer at Al-Farabi University College 2014 – 2015.

– Lecturer at Al-Hikma University College 2016 – 2017.

– Head of Law Department at Al-Hikma University College 2017.

– Lecturer at Dijlah University 2018 – 2019.

Currently , he is a lecturer in Law Department at Al-Rafidain University College.
