Abstract The current study deals with test the relationship between organizational trust and enhancing Organizational Citizenship Behavior, for a sample of (85) employees in the Al Fao general engineering company, one of important company subordinate to the Ministry of Construction and housing, The researcher has been used (duplicates, percentages, mean and multiple regression analysis) in the analysis of hypotheses. The results are support thesis that has been assumed. The study conclusion more important is growing interest by researchers about concepts of organizational trust and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. While the most important recommendations is the need to the attention of senior management of the organization surveyed in promoting confidence for employees so achieve organizational citizenship behavior. Abstract: The attention to intangible resources management and measurement is one of the important issues that researchers and specialists called as knowledge that can turn out to be strategic benefits for organizations in the third millennium. And intangible resources conservation and maintaining has become the basic postulates of profit organizations and sustainable efficiency, as well as expand the strengthening of its institutional performance. The objective of this research was reflected in an attempt to identify the extent of embracing the Iraqi environment for this concept, and the possibility of its application in the field of special ized technical study, namely the offices of inspectors general. The test was a random sample of (137) director of the Top and middle departments and supervisory staff in the offices of inspectors general in Iraq, and Baghdad exclusively. The study to validate assumptions that point to the existence of a link relations and the impact of intangible resources, and enhance organizational performance. Among the most prominent conclusions noted the lack of studies on intangible resources explicitly, and the difficulty of defining the concept of a unified intangible resources at the level of Iraqi organizations. The recommendation was important, is the need to preserve the intangible resources in the offices of inspectors general, they contribute to strengthening and improving the performance of offices and development for the better, and that through the adoption of more sophisticated administrative and capabilities essential to identify the skills and tacit knowledge of their employees. Analytical methodology and field study technique, using the questionnaire as a tool for data collection [58] forms Nar, been distributed to the research sample. The sample has been deliberately selected {general manager, as assistant general manager and heads of department}. The questionnaires and the main hypotheses of represented by the existence of significant correlation and impact between successful managerial leadership and crisis management using the software {SPSS}, were analysed. Results were identical to the research hypotheses. It turns out that there is significant correlation and impact between successful managerial leadership and crisis management. Abstract The current study tests the relationship between organizational support and organizational cynicism for faculty sample in Raiding4 University College . This sample includes (57) Teachers. The core content for our study problem involves number of questions regarding the relationship between organizational support and cynicism. The study assumes that there is positive relationship between organizational support as on independent variable and organizational cynicism as a dependent variable. By using a questionnaire, the author collects the date of the study. We used SPSS in order to report descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing . The study results are consistent with our hypothesis. According to study results, the set of conclusions and recommendations have been formulated. One of the important conclusions is have been college interest in staff concerns and providing all the requirements that help them do their best. Abstract: In the current study, the researchers seek to test the role of the diversity environment in determining the nature of the relationship between the transformational leadership and the leading orientation of the organizations. Given the diversity of modern and vital concepts in the field of management, the problem of the study was addressed by two fundamental questions: It is important to address a new variable at the local and Arab levels, which is the variable climate of diversity. One of the most important hypotheses of the study is that the climate of diversity contributes to the enhancement of the direct influence relationship between the transformational driving variable and oriented leadership. The study sample consisted of (81) individuals who work in the Trade Bank of Iraq(TBI) and represent the department managers, organizational units and individuals with experience and practice within the bank. The study used the questionnaire form for collecting data using the measurements found in the previous studies. The study used a set of statistical tools Such as the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, and the multiple regression analysis. A number of conclusions were reached. The most important of these conclusions are: The TBI’s management contributes to creating a balanced working environment among all employees regardless of cultural, religious, social and political, as well as providing a diverse regulatory environment across the organization to improve competitive advantage. The most important recommendations are: The diversity of the bank can be achieved through the ability of a good leader to manage persons with diverse backgrounds in terms of age, gender, culture and religion. Abstract The study has tackled three important variables on the strategic and organizational level, that are : (Administrative skill, strategic Entrepreneurship and organizational flexibility).
