The Role of Marketing Ethics in Achieving Social Responsibility-An Exploratory Study of a Sample of Malls Clients in Baghdad

Business Organizations have begun to understand the importance of keeping their good reputation in the business environment through performing ethical marketing activities, and bearing the social responsibility in order to enhance their good’s image in the mind of customers. Furthermore maintain their abilities in retaining the current customers, acquiring new ones, and building a lasting and profitable relationship with them. This research investigates the concept of marketing ethics and social responsibility through a sample survey of clients in Baghdad for the purpose of analysing ethical and immoral behaviours of marketers and discussing the extent to which companies operating in the mall apply; marketing ethics codes, which are guiding principles that marketers can use to develop performance of their organizations. The results showed a correlation between the dimensions of marketing ethics and social responsibility, with the exception of the pricing strategy. The most important conclusion was the inadequacy of the pricing policies of companies, and thus their weak contribution to the achievement of social responsibility. The capabilities of the human resources of Al-Rafidain college in light of the exercise of its leadershib entrepreneurial

The current research aims to know the impact of the pioneering leadership on the resource capabilities of Al-Rafidain Community College, and in order to achieve the goal of the research, Al-Rafidain National College was chosen. The research adopted the questionnaire as a tool to collect the necessary data to complete the research and achieve the goals it seeks. Form was distributed as 50 questionnaires on the teaching staff in the civil Rafidain College, was obtained (40) form a valid analysis. The research used a number of statistical methods, for example the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, the simple linear correlation coefficient Pearson, and the simple and multiple linear regression equation. The Role of Organizational Identification in Reducing Organizational Silence (Study of the views of a sample of employees in the Iraqi private Banks/Baghdad)

The current study seeks to test the role of organizational Identification in reducing the level of organizational silence in a sample of employees in private banks (67 individuals). The variable of organizational Identification includes three dimensions (organizational loyalty, Identification and affiliation) Handle it as a one-dimensional variable. The questionnaire was used as a primary tool for collecting study data, which was designed using a range of studies. The study included two main hypotheses, The first concerned the negative correlation between organizational Identification and organizational silence. The second hypothesis concerned the relationship between the two variables. The researcher used to test the two hypotheses Several statistics, including the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, the Pearson correlation coefficient, and the simple linear regression equation to test the hypotheses of the study. The study reached several Conclusions, the most important is (the existence of a negative relationship between organizational Identification and organizational silence). The study also reached several recommendations such as (attention to building social relations among employees, spreading the spirit of one team and belonging to the bank through the sense of the workers’ importance and active role in them, and that they are part of it and complementary to their personality, which contributes to the reduction of organizational silence). The role of positive psychological capital in softening the relationship between workplace boycott and job engagement: an analytical study

The current research seeks to determine the nature of the relationship between positive psychological capital and its impact on smoothing the relationship between job engagementand workplace boycott. This was tested by analyzing the relationship between the main variables of research, the interactive variable (positive psychological capital), and the independent variable (place district work), and the approved accredited (job immersion).The research started from a basic problem, which is what is the level of the impact of positive psychological capital in smoothing the relationship between job engagementand boycotting the workplace. which was adopted in the research community, AlRafidain University College), and the main tool for data collection was(The questionnaire) which was distributed to the sample of (114) individuals and the data collected was analyzed using the statistical program (SPSS), and the research reached a set of conclusions and recommendations. The Impact of Strategy Implementation Practices on Entrepreneurial Orientation Through Emotional Intelligence/ an Applied Study at the University of Information and Communication Technology – Baghdad

Abstract Purpose: The current paper aims to reach to verify the existence of the impact of strategic implementation practices and emotional intelligence in the entrepreneurial orientation of the University of Information and Communication Technology in Baghdad. Theoretical Framework: The main purpose of the theoretical framework is to identify all dimensions and variables of strategy implementation practices, entrepreneurship, and emotional intelligence, and thus form a deep scientific vision of the study and its variables. Design/Methodology/Approach: The main tool was to distribute a questionnaire to a sample of (50) of the advanced, intermediate and lower leadership cadres in order to conduct statistical analysis according to the (SPSS v25) program on it. Findings: The results of the statistical analysis of the data that there is an impact relationship between the implementation of the strategy by its exclusion (stakeholder participation, resource mobilization, knowledge development, and culture management), in the entrepreneurial orientation, which confirms that the leadership of the organization in question depends clearly on its capabilities in the correct implementation of the strategies formulated by it. Research, Practical & Social Implications: Three basic variables used in the paper fore dimension used to implementation practices, fore dimensions used for emotional intelligence and one dimension for entrepreneurial orientation. Originality/Value: The contribution of the paper lies in the possibility of implementing Strategies that serve organizations in formulating their entrepreneurial orientation, whose reflection contributes to the success of the research community directly or through different concepts such as emotional intelligence. The Role of Managerial Empowerment in Enhancing Organizational

Abstract The current study deals with test the role of managerial empowerment in promoting organizational innovation of sample composed of {118} members, within the study of al-Rafidan university college community, researcher has used the Frequencies, and percentages, and the arithmetic mean, and simple regression analysis to examine the assumptions in the analysis . Mast of the results of the study have proved the validity of hypotheses that is assumed and study found a set of conclusions recommendations, and most important of these conclusions, the role of empowerment managerial in enhancing organizational innovation in light of rapidly changing business environment, and that innovation has become essential in order to survive, because the survival of the organization can’t only be achieved through a combination of measures is the most important managerial empowerment.

The role of organizational support in reducing organizational cynicism-Analytical study of the views of a sample of teachers in the Faculty of Rafidain University

Abstract The current study tests the relationship between organizational support and organizational cynicism for faculty sample in Raiding4 University College . This sample includes (57) Teachers. The core content for our study problem involves number of questions regarding the relationship between organizational support and cynicism. The study assumes that there is positive relationship between organizational support as on independent variable and organizational cynicism as a dependent variable. By using a questionnaire, the author collects the date of the study. We used SPSS in order to report descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing . The study results are consistent with our hypothesis. According to study results, the set of conclusions and recommendations have been formulated. The Impact of the Components and Dimensions of Human Capital on Organizational Relations

Abstract Purpose: The aim of this paper was present components and dimensions of human capital terms impact on organizational relation.   Theoretical framework: Many studies have dealt with the impact of human resources on the performance of organizations. In this paper, work has been done to study the dimensions of human capital and the way it affects organizational relations.   Design/methodology/approach: The paper adopted the descriptive / exploratory approach, as an opinion questionnaire was designed specifically to find out the opinions of the scientific competencies of teachers and administrators at Al-Rafidain University College, where (100) opinion questionnaires were distributed.   Findings: The most important conclusions are the evidence of the impact of human capital (components and dimensions) on organizational relations, at Al-Rafidain University College.   Research, practical & Social implications: three dimensions used to human capital and for dimensions to organizational relation.   Originality/value:  the paper an contribution in field of the effects of human capital components on organizational relations in general and in the field of university education organizations, with the clarity of the impact of encouraging the Deanship of the College on the constituent aspects of human capital as well as aspects of dimensions DOI: https://doi.org/10.26668/businessreview/2023.v8i4.1374
